• Name, email, and phone number — when you submit a wedding inquiry to be matched with vendors.
• Wedding details — city, guest count, and wedding style preferences you enter into our calculators.
• Vendor account data — business name, vendor category, service zip code, and service radius when registering as a vendor on weddings.ws.
• Authentication data — the email and password you use to sign in to your vendor account (passwords are stored only in secure, hashed form), and phone numbers used for one-time SMS verification.

We also automatically collect standard web analytics data such as pages visited, browser type, and general geographic location via cookies and third-party analytics services.

3How We Use Your Information

• To deliver your wedding budget PDF and confirmation by email.
• To verify your phone number by one-time SMS code (or automated voice call for landlines) so we know an inquiry is genuine. We use your number for verification and, for vendors, account security — not for marketing texts.
• To connect couples with local wedding vendors who may be able to serve them.
• To operate and secure vendor accounts on the weddings.ws marketplace.
• To process lead purchases and deliver couple contact information to registered vendors.
• To process payments for premium products and vendor lead purchases via Stripe.
• To improve our tools and content based on how visitors use the site.

4Lead Sharing with Vendors

If you submit your contact information through our wedding inquiry form, your details (name, email, phone, city, guest count, and wedding style) are used only to deliver your wedding budget estimate and connect you with local wedding vendors in your area who have registered on our platform. We do not sell your information to third-party data brokers or marketing lists. The same lead may be purchased by more than one registered vendor. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at contact@WeddingCalculatorNetwork.com.

5Cookies and Advertising

We use cookies to analyze site traffic and improve user experience. Our websites may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

6Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:

• Supabase — secure cloud database and authentication (supabase.com).
• Stripe — payment processing for lead purchases and premium products (stripe.com).
• Twilio — one-time SMS and voice phone-number verification (twilio.com).
• Resend — transactional email delivery, including confirmations and lead notifications (resend.com).
• Google Analytics / AdSense — site analytics and advertising (google.com).
• Vercel — website hosting and deployment (vercel.com).

We never store credit card information on our own servers. All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe.

7Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (a PostgreSQL-based cloud database hosted on AWS). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access or data breaches.

8Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
• Opt out of lead sharing by contacting us directly.
• Request closure of your vendor account.

Note: when a vendor account is closed, the contact details of couples whose leads you unlocked and the records of your transactions are retained as part of those couples' records and our financial records, and a one-way, non-reversible fingerprint of your account's contact details is kept to recognize returning accounts. 9Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
