How does vendor matching work?

Build your budget, pick the services you want, and submit your request. We notify the local vendors who match your style, budget, and the exact services you asked for. They reach out to you directly. There's no cost to you, and you're never obligated to book anyone.

I bought the $19 Budget Plan PDF but didn't get it.

It's emailed to the address you entered at checkout, and also downloads on the success page. Check your spam folder first, then email us at Support@WeddingCalculatorNetwork.com with the name on the order and we'll resend it right away.

Do I have to pay anything to get matched with vendors?

No. Matching with vendors and using the budget calculator is completely free. The only optional purchase is the $19 printable Budget Plan PDF.

A vendor hasn't contacted me. What now?

New vendors join every day, and some services fill in faster than others. If you haven't heard from a vendor in a category you asked for, reply to your confirmation email or write us and we'll help find you another.

How much does it cost to receive leads?

Your listing is free and your first 3 leads are free. After that it's $15 to unlock a lead's contact info, and only for the leads you choose. There's no monthly fee, and there never will be.

I unlocked a lead that turned out to be fake or unreachable.

Use the "Report a problem with this lead" link on the lead in your dashboard. We credit you back automatically, so you're never out of pocket for a bad lead. If you've reported several in a short time, it may be reviewed by hand first.

I want a refund, or to close my account.

Email us at Support@WeddingCalculatorNetwork.com. We handle refunds of recent or disputed charges by hand, and we'll close your account whenever you ask.

I'm not getting leads.

Leads only appear for couples inside your service area who ask for a service you offer. Check that your zip code, service radius, and categories are set correctly in your profile. If it still looks wrong, write us and we'll look at your account.

Couples: the $19 Budget Plan is a one-time purchase, no subscription. Vendors: a reported bad lead is credited back automatically, and refunds of recent or disputed charges are handled by hand — just email us. Full details are in our Terms of Use.
